What is CBD Oil?

MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglyceride. Medium Chain Triglycerides are a type of saturated fatty acid. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a fat-soluble compound so it is most effective, and diffused for absorption when coupled with a lipid-like fatty acid.
